rade_stream_worker.js - end-to-end test

Feeds a 16 kHz stream (data/rade/stream16k_*.wav: RADE modem audio interpolated to 16 kHz, 256-sample frames) to the worker exactly like the listener page would, and checks what comes back: sync, status values, one output frame per input frame, speech content (correlation with the official decoder's output). Nothing leaves this machine.
